Our historic blend of Pendolino, Moraiolo and Nostrano varieties, made strictly from cold pressed olives. The olives are picked directly from the tree at the first stage of ripeness without ever touching the ground.
This process reduces the yield but gives us a product with unique sensory qualities. An unintentional formula linked to the choice our grandparents’ made about the types of olive trees they wanted to plant, trees that are strongly representative of our region. Today, faithful to our traditions, we continue in those footsteps, planting the same varieties in the same proportions.
This method is the only one that allows us to obtain real extra virgin olive oil as stipulated by the EEC directives. An oil of the highest quality, which is featured in the “Guida agli Extravergini 2020” published by Slow Food.
