Starting from shelled hazelnuts, we will explain every stage of the process that leads to the production of our delicious Amerina and the irresistible Drag\u00e8es.<\/p>\n
We will tell you about how we chose our other organic ingredients and how they interact with our hazelnuts.<\/p>\n

From the aroma of the roasting process to the lightness of the hazelnut flour, passing through the slow refining process becoming a pure hazelnut paste.<\/p>\n
During and after your visit you will be able to taste some of La Fescennina products for a full sensory experience (raw and toasted hazelnuts, hazelnut butter, hazelnut spreads, drag\u00e9es).<\/p>\n
If you would like to learn more about our beloved region, at the end of your experience you will be taken for a walk through history in the historic centre of Corchiano and the Forre di Corchiano Natural Monument.<\/p>\n
